My Key board does not have a pound sign! I agree, it seems very positive. Unfortunatly NZ is now closed for the night and I can'not take advantage of today's now price.
I think the old rules " have gone away " . This is a new paradigm . Whuhan is reporting long therm organ damage ( lunge, kidney, liver. clots in the blood supply both arterial and venous ) . My view is there is a risk of biblical proportions. The only avoidance of that prognosis is the extent of united global central banks response, and a US/China trade war truce.
My medium view is the world faces deflation for a few years then high inflation. That is how governments reduce the real value of their fiscal deficits. There are plenty of global examples.
Paragraph 2, you are a lucky one, in NZ if I go more than 2km from home OR have an assembly of more than the people I ordinarily live with, I will be arrested and put in front of a court!
Rastuss, your comments noted, First point , I have paid for (good) housing and education of my children. Second point, so housing costs need to drop to make housing more affordable to a younger generation; so they can in turn be like the baby boomers; and one day receive the same comments. I enjoy the healthy debate
