I wouldn’t be surprised if we get an RNS at 7am tomorrow with news. You have to scroll quite a bit to get post 30th June in the report so it appears bleaker than reality. Get that one out after close for those who can’t scroll and make it chip paper. That would be my guess.

The company has, quite cleverly I think, identified tailings as a cash producer. Modern tech and an eco stance, I think it could do well

With an estimated time of 5 months to build the plant they will want to get going on that asap. Even a fool knows that is at least 8 months, by which time they will already be getting gold out of the ground. (One hopes). The margin on processing is so huge we might see a stockpile. Who knows.

I don't think they do. But buy acquiring BOKU they attained the permit and rights to do so

The ore processing plant is earmarked for $500,000, that has got to be a priority for the raise. Of course add contingency on that x2. It's also likely that they will put a similar amount in BTC which makes me excited and nervous in equal measure

Will we see it today? Although the new shares were pencilled for 3rd I have only seen them admitted today (I may have missed it yesterday). So we might not see the TR1 unveiling the ii until Tuesday.

Hoping though it is orchestrated to tie-in with the meeting today and all will be revealed who now has 10% (side note: in some defence of Helx2 the resolutions/meeting were updated on HL from EGM to OTH with new nominal numbers on 26.08, I didn't get an email but he did say it was from his broker and not NTVO directly... I'm just bored of that thread).

Even with the 'small' dilution, we have seen no drop in what has been a static bid/offer for the last week, and people are buying today - at least three quid traded hands before 9am!

We really need that RNS to steer the ship.

What I don't ever understand on this forum is the bullying. Share excitement or share despair but don't aggravate each other. It is pathetic as it makes no difference to the share price.

I have a paltry 83 shares in this company but I do not know how or why. It must have been as a buyout package or something years ago but I have no recall. I have tried to find out but not coming up with anything. Really not concerned about my 35 pence, just intrigued.

Hi, I have been doing a similar chart for myself and there is lots that we match on but I am confused by the -8,500,000 at the beginning of June. I have excluded it entirely as the later RNS state the figure held in treasury and the figure bought in buyback as the same, but I am perplexed by such a round number deducted? Thoughts?

Wimbledon Tom – aka Sesame Street Tom as you are either or womble or a muppet – if you worked in the TV industry you would understand the fall in share price of an ad-related channel. Netflix, Amazon, Prime, TikTok, Facebook etc. etc. etc. have all taken away the revenue available to a channel that relies on linear advertising. By investing in making a better on-demand platform (ITVX) and Planet V, ITV can again start to enjoy ad revenue again, but that takes time. Under any CEO ITV was going to struggle, even before the pandemic, when nothing could be made, and writers strikes which hit really hard.

I use SVS Securities who I have had no problem with. The divi was in my trading account Friday afternoon - I chose to withdraw it rather than reinvest and the money is in my bank account already. You get the odd phone call but can't fault them.

I am so underwater on this share a snorkel won't do, I need SCUBA. I have held for years, topping up through the rise but bought my largest holding in the heady days. But it was my choice. No one made me do it. No comment from the CEO and certainly no 'ramper' made me part with my hard earned cash. I knew the risks, this is AIM, did my research and it was a long shot but I like a gamble. I also knew though not to bet my house on it. If it all goes pear shaped I will of course be disappointed but it won't be the end of the world. Bickering and sniping on here helps no one. I have read this board since I first bought and the majority of posts are intelligent, helpful and sometimes amusing but there is so much malice now it is quite unpleasant. This should be a media for PIs to support and inform each other and not berate or belittle.
