Never really read ADVFN, but just checked it out now as wondered where all the people with small brains went to (TDT, MadDork, Pratt etc) and they left here because they got Jubbed.

If you pop over there, there's a chap called Love a good Jubbing who is destroying them over there now too lol! They will soon have no where else to go.

Dmitry and Christian are not daft, they are both very shrewd businessmen, more so Dmitry. I believe the plan has been to sell MT and Flanks for a long time. Eurasia hold the license via its subsidiary TGK which in turn owns 80% of the licensed areas. The other 20% is owned by UAP, Urals Alluvial Platinum, based in Cyprus for tax purposes, and you guessed it, owned by Dmitry and Christian.

The middle man was in the US, the Solicitors / Lawyers facilitating the deal were based in the UK. It could be anyone from any country, but more to the point is they wished to remain anonymous.

Eurasia Mining are in a fantastic position, ignore the usual suspects, they are not invested and spent their daily lives bashing the share because they do not understand how this company operates. You know who they are, and they are best ignored, filtered and tossed aside as Tilly would say.

The future here is very bright, and it would not surprise me to see Eurasia Mining moving into the Main Market in the not too distant future ;-)

I feel like there is a lot of confusion on this board regarding the JV with RosGeo. I see a lot of posts which say;

1. There's no way we bought 9 licenses for 500k
2. We have paid 500k to have first dabs on the licensed areas
3. We have paid 500k for 75% of everything thats in the ground there
4. We have paid 500k for 104moz

I hope I can break it down for you so it is understood a little better.

Eurasia Mining have paid $500,000 USD for a 75% Equity Stake in a Rosgeo Subsidiary which holds the licenses in 9 areas surrounding their Monchetundra Project. The $500,000 states that this is the "Initial Consideration" - Meaning this is the minimum amount Eurasia Mining must pay to have a stake in the business opportunity before anything else has begun. It is NOT $500,000 to say there you go, here is 104moz and 9 extra licenses, as that would be ludicrous.

Eurasia Mining state the following:

"In addition, incremental consideration would become payable under an earn-out structure (the "Earnout") in the event that Eurasia decides to proceed to develop the Additional Assets."

For example, if Eurasia Mining believed the buyout of the subsidiary was worth $50m, but RosGeo said it was worth $60m then they will agree an initial price of $50m and the remaining $10m will be part of the earnout based on other factors in the agreement. In this case, Rosgeo might value a licensed area at $20m - Eurasia have a 2 year option to purchase with factors such as "The Earnout" in place. The payment is not required to be upfront but spread over time during the development of the areas.

The "Additional Assets" are 4 open pit open pit deposits which contain 104moz of PGM, copper, nickel and cobalt.

Eurasia Mining has already stated "In total Eurasia has already invested some US$8.3 million across the Additional Assets." - We don't exactly know what this money has been spent on as Eurasia Mining have not included the details of said transactions, so you are left to your own rightly or wrongly conclusions. My best guess is Eurasia Mining have completed with the help of Absolute Precision and Rosgeo a full study under the JORC Code of which you will hear details of shortly.

The next stage for Eurasia Mining is to develop the 4 "Additional Assets" under a EPCF Contract whilst (IMO) activating the SinoSteel deal at Monchetundra to create a large processing plant for MT & the 4 "Additional Assets".

The $20m recently raised by Eurasia Mining will be used by James N and Tamerlan A to agree a new EPCF Contract at the "Additional Assets" using their history of said deals to secure the best transaction, and presumably this is why Tamerlan has been brought on board with his EPCF Contacts in the Japanese industry. Part of the $20m raised may also go towards purchasing the extra 25% from RosGeo for 100% ownership of the subsidiary.

So, the next RNS will blow your socks off, and hopefully this one did that to you.

It's the best possible outcome, a Dividend and keep your shares in the beast that is to come.

I believe MT & WK will be sold and this is where you will receive your "significant" dividend. You can speculate on numbers all you want, but upwards of 75p is my guess, all the way to £1.50, and possibly more depending on how excited in life you get.

Eurasia will then take up the option to purchase the licenses from Rosgeo with the funds they receive from the Japanese who will be purchasing MT & WK, ala "Eurasia Japan".

Kola will be turned into a behemoth of PGMs, at the perfect time. Metals are rising to all time record highs,demand is solid, there's a shortage, Eurasia have played a blinder.

The mines will be set in place, the development will begin, and between 2-5 years time your share price in the newly formed company will be extremely substantial that will rival the major players around the world. This is significant.

Thank you to the Eurasia Board for their hard work and due diligence, all shareholders will be significantly rewarded as will the board.
