I think he is referring to the fact that Queeld Bro's scammed the Russian Govt to the tune of billions, declared them bankrupt and tried them in a court. Looks like a refilling of old jobs to me, nothing to shout about. KK had over 100 staff in the 2022 results. You can see from the 2023 results it was down to around 73 staff so it makes sense to re-employ those that were laid off for the new mining season.

"Petros Zapitis" is a front man for Marendo which leads back to Dmitry Suschov.
