PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
Until officially notified by RNS that something material has happened. Until then sit back and chill. 162 posts full of shoite. :o).
It sure is a broken fragmented market on AIM just now with a desperate lack of liquidity hence real LTH investors are few and far between. The mm's fully realise this and take advantage by pushing individual stocks exaggeratedly up or down on a daily basis at a whim to create business when in a dearth of news period. That's it. :o).
Better in than out, better up than down, better long than short, better to take a chance to win than miss out on the clear opportunity recently presented, better to be positive than negative, better days ahead for all actually invested here imo!. ATB. :o).
Any decent news here and an obvious re-rate should follow. Who thought anyone would be able to buy WSBN @ a really ridiculous price of 1.15p and below. Juniors getting hammered all over AIM to historical lows due to lack of liquidity in the market overall. Buy low, sell high!. :o).
Only traders care about bid v ask (looking weak etc) on a daily, hourly basis. I care not a jot until we get official RNS releases about our 1st project moving forward to production, fully funded so re-rate awaits real investors. :o).
Laverda, just a play on the word surely as would've been spoken by Sir Sean Connery in his James Bond movie role. ATB. :o).
I'd say weak, as in sitting at the lower end of cyclical fluctuations. Shirley though in the overall scheme of things this presents opportunities that didn't exist for a good while. Use it to your advantage. I've taken 3 stabs @ 0.33p so happy. Not worth my while buying again, but then again i might. Depends on others in my PF which are basically also sitting at the lower end of the same cyclical fluctuations in a pee poor market. :o).
The fundraising on 1/8/23 was conducted @ 2.4p and was oversubscribed by 42% from the initial intended amount. No bad news in the meantime, the opposite in fact by acquiring seemingly gold laden tenements at MC and the share price sinks to all time lows. Happening all over AIM though so a great opportunity has arisen for pi's to profit into inevitable rises from basement levels. GLA. :o).
Hopefully we show some momentum now. I'm mostly in on the cheap side as bought 3 times @ 1.13p/1.14p to lower my 2p ave as we were just looking so downtrodden in comparison to many others well documented by Prof and PP. Broke my self imposed rule/full intention of only investing/gambling £1K on any given AIM stock. Lost £80K 🤬🙄 (believe me i had 1%) on Attis Oil and Gas a few years ago, even though I got some returns back from HE1 then and recently. ATB. :o).
So bored with fiddling their bits under the desk they've got to fill buys/sells with all this relentless miniscule trades shi*te. 🙄🤬😂. :o).
A 64% pullback is enough. Sellers can stop now thanks. Give us news Kod to feed our hunger. Not long to wait hopefully. :o).
Silly MCAP here imo, limited money is just chasing the boom stocks on a weekly if not daily basis. Totally out of favour sector until the worm turns. Only advice is to buy at all time lows and wait it out. GLA. :o).
They do it because they can. No regulation hence manipulation is rife. Overall lack of liquidity on AIM now means limited people are willing to hold longer term and more are chasing the dream/boom situations like He1 if getting in at the latest funding raise level of 0.25p or below. Many did, some didn't. At least the x 10 + profit takers have cash to burn on their next speculative selection. :o).
Well small caps do need to raise cash to survive. In fact it's their raison d'etre to be listed on AIM, so any placing above the current depressed prices is good imo. Let's face it everyone has had the opportunity lately to acquire stock at ridiculous levels (imo) recently compared to historic prices. :o).
Looks like the 0.335's are sells with 0.337's being buys but showing as sells because buys are below mid of 0.33 bid/0.35 ask. Anyway 0.33p is the lowest i've acquired a few here. PS, well done @ HE1, i was glad to just get my money back as initially bought way much higher then averaged down twice after the massive dilution. ATB.
Can't be the only one that's noticed that these ridiculous orchestrated drops in AIM company MCAPS are becoming the norm. Pushed so low on nothing but lack of overall liquidity that a technical bounce on news becomes obvious. Been buying here and Kod but it could've been BMN, or POW or many others in the mix on my hit list. GLA. :o).
The poor wee fellow with the wellies on in the picture by the digger looks a bit sorry for himself. I bet he puts in a mighty shift though so good luck to him. Looking for an upturn/re-rate here as development milestones are reached. I reckon my now 0.38p ave here will be easily surpassed. ATB. :o).
Does appear to be positive at last but it also seems as if the mm's had been aware of developments incoming here by manipulating the share price down from 4.15p since late November on no volume or selling pressure at all thus accommodating a possible rise into buying pressure at a lower price. We all know these things take time so a continued hold for me. :o)
The problem is as always that's it's all supposition, guesswork and conspiracy theories from us pi's who are always the last to find out actual facts. Why any management would consign their company, jobs etc to the bin rather than accept an offer to save the business is beyond normal levels of understanding. Look on the Scotgold Resources (SGZ) bb RNS section to see how this process went. In admin, shares cancelled etc after supposed "interest" fell through. Only got gambling money in here but any deal that saves AMTE is a far better alternative than the dreaded cancellation of shares imo. :o).
I would've thought the decision on whether an offer is acceptable or not would be made by FRP Advisory who are handling the sales process. Anyone know for sure?. :o).
