were NWT Uranium until 2/6/17. NWT Uranium had a wholly owned subsidiary in Niketo who were the biggest URU shareholder. Shares transferred (automatically) to Captor prior to or upon Niketo disposal. Captor held all URU shares - 15% or 117m approximately as of 31/3/18. After that is anyone's guess. My head hurts 🤕. A glass of wine or 🍷🍷 2 should do the trick!. Cheers all. :o).

Niketo took part in the placing @ 4.5p to the tune of 2,000,000 shares as per RNS of 18/2/2017. They held 16.1% at the time but due to slight dilution later on Captor hold/held 15%. J. Viera and D. Subotic were independent directors of Niketo at the time. Viera also subscribed for 444,444 shares individually @ 4.5p and the mighty JZ - 1,111,111 @ 4.5p. So when did Captor offload Niketo?. Help, i'm confused. :o).

ha ha, don't forget to add in the cost of the low factor Zorboil tanning lotion. Out shopping now, possibly a trade might happen by the time i return, possibly not though. :o).

Good morning ofd, and all hopefuls @ URU. Good stuff King, reading the yearly accounts for Captor is certainly interesting. My usual reaction would be to glaze over but not this time. Dig deep and revealing treasures can be found. Not that i understand it all. Don't understand why if they're supposed to be an entity solely focused on the Cannabis sector they then go on to mention in your 2nd document that the acquisition of mining assets are still under consideration. Speculatively, what if Captor are considering an outright bid for MRS which then massively rerates in value as does our 10% divestment?. Obviously JZ just took 4% of MRS in bookbuild, but what if this was just a pre-emtive strike as he is fully aware of Captor's intentions. God forbid and even more speculatively, what if URU price has been driven down to this level to allow Captor to purchase URU outright at extremely cheap rate. At some point, someone is going to profit massively from buying the Zebediela asset and 50% Burgersfort. diggit's molecules are oscillating far too rapidly this morning 🤕😂. GLA. :o).

over at MRS today so far, currently 11.19% @ 7.45p. JZ took £260,000/4m @ 6.5p in the recent bookbuild, the shrewdie!. He's been called worse. :o).

just don't know Amtech whether mining licence can be obtained in SA without pfs leading to definitive bfs for resource. Then we're into the realms of financing required if URU were to possibly go it alone to actually mine open pit at shallow depth. Too many questions and not enough answers from JZ. :o).

be the final proving up campaign for our resource we need ( previously stated that not much more drilling required, although this was prior to PGE's being discovered on our patch ), commencing in August before expiry of current licence switching to a mining licence in November. Needs everything to all fall into place perfectly imo within short timeframe but stranger things have happened. We just don't know what the hell is going in on in that head of JZ. :o).

Main shareholders page was updated early as Wia pointed out and doesn't need to be amended until September. Captor updated that there are currently no non core assets. Just don't understand why JZ wanted this to transact at such a low price by giving the infamous red card in March to our small rise when he was obviously aparty all along to the Captor future plans as a Cannabis only entity. All main shareholders including himself and his cronies, as well as us pi's lose out with this action unless we're in for a good surprise ( i meant surprise, ha ha ). Might find out soon. This is just imo, not fact. :o).

Nah, nothing for us URU investors as yet Wassatt. Just keeps it safe at this level, as in the the flipping pits. We need so much more here. But, always optimistic for a return. We'll see. :o).
