was on 26/3/2018 over 16 weeks ago, and that was only a 2nd price monitoring extension. In the same period last year we received a total of 13 RNS's. Why Zorbs?. Why the silence? Only you know, as pi's can only guess and speculate. :o).

i make it URU is valued @ £3.9m lock stock and the once mighty Zorbs flippin' office chair. Our MRS investment is worth £1,316,250 as of today. We held cash of £1,388,640 on 29/12/2017 with no borrowings and very little spend. No salary taken by principal staff. Very little going on, light bulbs might need replacing now and again or a fresh supply of candles for a warm glow in suite 401. Anyways this leaves Zebediela and Burgersfort valued @ £1.2m approx. I would laugh if wasn't so pathetic. I hope JZ has been called to account by the NOMAD for his inexcusable disregard of investor concerns and he's swiftly removed to the Tower of London, put in stocks so we can all give him pelters of rotten tomatoes and other smelly stuff that anyone cares to smear him with. I partly mean it as well!. :o).

Results from further testwork to enhance nickel recovery rates, info on whether the plans (induced polarisation, soil geochemistry leading to 6 inclined diamond drilling holes) outlined in previous RNS have commenced/are progressing/have finished!. No info at all. The clock stopped here soon after JZ gave us the speeding ticket back in March. :o).

lejjb personally i've never expected more than 4.5p (JZ's legendary floor price 😂). I tend not to build my hopes up around schedules, timeframes etc either on AIM as slippage always happens. It's been severe here @ URU and still is. But if as sbrown mentioned, he brings home the bacon 🥓 to the lth's and even more recent investees then i'll forgive him. Just wouldn't place much faith or trust in him again, EVER!. ATB. :o).

clear as mud to me guys whether URU incorporated in BVI but AIM listed has the same TR1 notification responsibilities as others on AIM.

This information should be updated at least every 6 months and the website should include the date on which this information was last updated.

All this as per the information Wia brought to our attention a while back. So, given the fact that the URU website shareholder information page was last updated on 23/3/2018 then there is no reason for it to be amended until 23/9/2018.

"Under the BVI's companies act shareholders are not obliged to disclose their interests in a company incorporated in the BVI in the same way as shareholders of certain public companies incorporated in the UK are required to do under the FCA's disclosure guidance an transparency rules (DTR's). The company's articles of association incorporate certain provisions which require shareholders to disclose their interests to the company in terms similar to the DTR's to ensure compliance with rule 17 of the AIM rules for companies".

Probably all down to the wording used "in terms similar to" but not stating anything specific. Gives leaway and short shuffle room for JZ to do as he pleases. This is imo, not 100% factual as only throwing thoughts out. Like intrino i've topped up through the sells. Can't be too bothered by them. More intrigued!. Bring it on. ATB. :o).

Oops 🐒, my error earlier. Obviously 15% Captor holding is 117m not 127m as stated. King, even Subotic upon departure gave a commitment to the board to hold all of his shares (approx 24.6m) for the long term. I mean, why any of them who took millions of 2p options (Subotic 3m) last year would give them away at this lowly price is unthinkable. That would be extremely stupid imo. :o).

at this silly level forever King. Yes, the churn has been ongoing for a while now but even Captor had a finite number of shares to sell, ie 15% or 127m. For all we know most of these/or even all of them could easily have been offloaded into the market already. Unfortunately i took my eye off the ball and didn't fully realise the importance of the steady daily 1m sells until well into the cycle. Quite possibly things will progress quickly @ URU now. Been a long time coming but could well be reaching an end point. Good for all. The fact all the main shareholders remained speaks volumes imo. This in not investment advice!. :o).

they've been offloading for over 4 months now. Suppressed the share price massively. Still can't fathom out why it had to go on @ low low prices. Why would JZ stifle a rise into 1p + when JZ so obviously plays a big part here and at Captor and knew the future big plans for Captor all along imo. It could be very good, but on the flipside?. Methinks good. GLA. :o).
