Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
That's a good find, Burton. Many thanks. The final paragraph is worth highlighting as well....
'Looking ahead
Fully funded for its current work, GreenRoc seems set for an interesting year. Phase 2 drilling is planned at its two graphite sites at Amitsoq, and at the Thule ilmenite deposit. Time will tell whether it can move one or more of these into development by the end of the year. The company’s share price has drifted down from its admission price of 10p to around 5.8p at the time of writing, taking its market cap to £6.5m from £11.1m. At this price it might fit into a diversified portfolio for small natural resource investors interested in taking a longer term stake in the strategic metals sector. It’s early days, but GreenRoc Mining may be one to watch this year.'
Thanks for that Mullins - all sounds very encouraging. With luck sp has bottomed-out now. We just need news on plans to monetize all the graphite assets that we have and then, hopefully, the sp will move in a positive direction.
Nice one! More please.

The fact that the sp is getting close to cash holdings should mean that we are close to the bottom now - and this is ascribing nil value to GreenRoc's assets. Given the increasing need for graphite as we progress towards EVs, etc. this doesn't make sense, especially since we are not talking about mining the stuff in DR Congo, or anywhere dodgy like that.
If it goes down to 5p, I'm definitely going to load up, to reduce my average and increase holdings in a company that will start rewarding shareholders within a year or so.
Extract from his article: 'We'll all pay for turning Big Oil into a pariah
'Nobody is standing up to the hysteria of green activists and admitting: we still need hydrocarbons'
'....And yet the industry is being driven underground by politicians and regulators too cowed to stand up to the hysteria of the climate change activists. The enemy within is almost as bad as the holier than thou pressures from without; oil company boards, together with those of their bankers, are these days stacked with well meaning do-gooders more focused on bowing to the campaigners than the demands of shareholder value.'
I have just sent mine as well - so, only 4 more required.

Given the requirement for graphite in Lithium Ion batteries, the absence of interest in GreenRoc is indeed puzzling. Anyone got any clues as to what is going on here? I was talked into this share by Clear Capital (brokers) but I am now wondering what I have let myself in for.

Times cites HSBC's message to investors '...to steer clear of oil stocks' contains the usual mix of gloom and doom. Within comments on the article is a good one from a Mr John Smith:
'The share prices may be treading water but the 5% and rising dividend yield is lovely in a world of negative real interest rates. The world is a long long way away from not needing the gas turbines, the polymers and the fossil fuels that these companies produce. Feel the dividend baby.'
It's time the woke brigade, including Mr & Mrs BoJo, realised that weaning ourselves off oil and gas is going to take decades rather than a few years.
Thanks British. I'm up to date with the voting now - thanks for clarifying vote for the Hybrid EGM.
Apologies for asking a question, for which I really should know the answer...
I've now received my voting papers for the EGM. Obviously, I am voting to have the culprits removed from the BoD with immediate effect. The prospective appointees to the board (John Wright and David Craik) are presumably a couple of good guys. Are their names being put forward by CA?
Many thanks.
