Most Shorters will be closing throughout this month prior to a potential stakeholder agreement here and as POO continues to rally changing the dynamics well in favour of HUR shareholders.

Even today, anything less than 10p here is undervalued IMO, and with POO where it now is, expect much higher SP once stakeholder alignment finally in place.

If CA wanted to make a “strategic exit”, why did they then significantly increase their HUR stake at ~3.5p levels post the brutal kitchen sink saga in September. HUR is clearly in way oversold territory and when it’s turn comes here to re-rate to the upside on even on a whiff of positives, then the upside potential here will be absolutely massive going forward IMO.

“The sentiment” applies to ALL O&G companies but none IMO currently have the potential upside that HUR has from these extreme lowball valuations, also, as no viable alternative/replacement for Oil as yet, while supplies are bound to tighten due to major lack of investment in the O&G industry during past ~6 years, global demand will start to significantly pick up as we proceed in 2021, DYOR.

HUR SP is now like a “Coiled Spring”, ready to significantly jump on a whiff of positive updates here, and as for the BOD, I assume since sensitive discussions may be ongoing with various company stakeholders on plan fundings, it could be a closed period for them to buy until such discussions are concluded, all IMHO.

Fully agree, a sniff of good news here and I can easily see HUR SP then rapidly in double figures, and even today IMHO, fair value here is ~14p+ minimum based on company forward potential/fundamentals.

IMOO, Fair Value for HUR today should be ~14p+ based on forward potential, POO, and overall company fundamentals/assets/licenses, SP will move up fast in coming weeks, please DYOR.

Armageddon is already priced in here but I guess investors sometimes do wish to review every possible scenarios no matter how unlikely, as lMHO for 2021, I see a potential high here of circa 25-30p by around Q4 if management plans generally go as expected, and after that, it will all depend on further exploration success, and needless to say POO, on both of which I am extremely optimistic when looking at HUR’s very rich acreage and tightening supply/demand fundamentals for crude ahead, HUR is certainly a longer term hold for me, GLA.

@slift, please can you explain/justify your stated statement of “And significant dilution to shareholders (80-90+%)”, how did you come up with this extremely unrealistic 80-90% figure when the company RNS only states “risk of dilution”, and then you not only confirm dilution here by yourself but put such a ridiculous % figure on it and subsequently, also call someone else who calls you out here an idiot! I understand your personal agenda at hand but if you want people to take you seriously/continue reading your posts (which you may not) then you need to at least polish up on your maths and logic even if no understanding of finance and/or O&G industry IMO.

Oil is continuing to gain positive momentum, and clearly every single USD $ increase in price of Brent is massive additional tailwind here for HUR in 2021 and beyond.
