Many long term holders such as myself are used to these placings, so it's kinda 'water off a ducks back' stuff. I had a feeling that this was going to happen again. It's a shame that the share price was not higher from which to raise funds off, but there we go. It is what it is and in the big scheme of things, at a 10% discount is not bad. I am sure JW wanted to raise off a higher share price, but ultimately the raise had to be done soon for several reasons as set out in the rns. It is important to show potential clients that you have the financial strength to carry out the work you are tendering for. JW and all of us would have loved for the ML to have been granted before this placing, it would have greatly increased the share price imho and would have been better to have raised off this, but as we well know, not everything falls into place in the order we'd like it to. The cynical side of me thought that they were going to raise after the flurry of share purchases a couple of months ago by quite a few INFA PDMRs, including Aunt Ethel, when that took the share price to circa 0.044.
JW knows where he wants to take this company and crikey, look at where they are now and what has been achieved compared to a year and a half or so ago. (Yes, we still await the ML I know). I am a glass half full kinda guy here and am in for the journey. Like I said recently, seat belts on if not already as the voyage continues, with plenty of ups too. Imho.....!

It really wouldn't surprise me to see INFA tipped in one of the daily/weekend papers soon, especially as there will be people looking to invest in companies who will benefit from the present situation such as INFA. This is an excellent turnaround opportunity, not without its risks of course, but JW looks to have built a superb team during the past couple of incredibly tough years and the company and it's workforce and patient shareholders deserve to be rewarded. The whole team I am sure are working their proverbial backsides off to make the company a success and I am quietly confident it will happen. I will continue to be patient.....

Hi Cookiecrew, thanks for your quick reply. I too am tempted to add, but hold what is for me a substantial amount and have been adding from 1.87 (yes, a couple of years ago!) down to 0.25. I want to see the ML confirmed before adding more.

Hi Cookiecrew, 'althej' said he added 1m shares today and it only showed 1m shares purchased today in total. Maybe your purchase was shown incorrectly under the 'sells'? It was strange that 9m+ shares were shown as sells and 1m buys, but the share price didn't budge! Perhaps not all the sells were sells. Not that I'm complaining you'll understand! Any thoughts anyone?

I've just noticed on the NI Ferry website today that Stena are planning 6 Irish Sea fleet ferries to dock at H&W during the Summer for upgrade and repair works....Pictures are also on the H&W twitter account today of Stena Europe and comments from John Petticrew on the NI Ferry site as well.

Thank you Mr T, everybody has their own entry/exit points and there may well be many 'under water' so to speak here at this point, baearing in mind where the share price was a few months back. I have been in this share for many months now and have entered at various price points. I have been reading yours and many other's comments with great interest, amd watch JW's interviews keenly, although this is the first time I have posted. I understand people's frustrations with the share price falling, but you take the rough with the smooth. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. I have no reason to believe that they won't be paid in due course. JW has commented on the marine licence and other important issues and updated us. I think the rns has been worded in a professional way. Rome was not built in a day. Only put money into shares if you can afford to lose it etc etc.... I have belief in this project, JW and the team. As the saying goes, " The stock market shifts money from the impatient to the patient". Keep up the hard work JW and team....

I wouldn't be surprised to see Joanne Hart (Midas column on M on Sunday) giving her opinion on the recent OPG update in the coming Sundays ahead. She tipped this share a couple of years ago from what I remember from around the same price as it is now and it naturally shot up....

Recent bid for AGA (big pension deficit) and now a bid for THT (big deficit too) and trading not good at THT. Clearly the vultures must see something in those companies. Possibly NXR on someone's radar too....who knows?
