Actually they went from sub 0.5p to 1p when Newmont got onboard to help determine the potential of Ernest Giles project. Then with initial progress the sp steadily rose to 2p+ but dropped gelow 1p when they walked. They retained their results for possibly a future return. It was when Newcrest came along that we finally began the historical rise to 37p.
Many that had held since the early sub 0.5p days were selling at ridiculously liw levels below 5p... albeit at a big profits....!!

And the market didn't understand what GGP had for a long time. Then it went 2p to 37p

I bought GGP on a hunch back when hunches always cane true.
That hunch took 12 years to materialize and after selling out through sheer boredom at least 3times.
