My investment stolen by this THIEF amounted to approx 645 ,000 shares at a cost of £27,000..

I want it back.

And he did not give shareholders a choice to vote for either a name change and change of business?

Remember he not only closed our investmrnt down and took our money BUT he failed to AT LEAST transfer our investments into his new company that is banking with gold ...a novel idea BUT it is not for me...i just don't like it as it shows all the hall marks of s ponzi scheme , recently made famois by Bernie Madoff who i believe died in a NY prison. I am sure there are underlying reasons why the current BoD appear to be dragging their feet.

Imo opinion, factors beyond their control may be at work, ie Aus Lic Authority and the Aboriginal Heritage. It could even be that a big deal or a discovery is being looked into b4 confirming to the market. I ask ....Why did they cancel the two loans from Bennelong. Call me deluded or a wishful thinker but i am NOT the only investor that thinks something really big is about to happen....and to our advantage.

I refuse to join in the scurrilous accusations aimed at UFO and the BoD until we know more (for the time being).

However, i do agree they are slow lacking updating investors.

There must be reasons why they are being very 'cagey' at the moment.

He was responsible for investors' holdings and thus he should have given us the chance to vote the new name/change of business or the right to sell our shares.

Put it this way: I invested 27grand into LIONSGOLD....that was what i invested in with the potential to find gold and mine it....

I DID NOT INVEST IN A BANKING STOCK ie TallyMoney....so here CP is guilty of misusing company funds without prior notice to enable shareholders to SELL OUT if they did not agree.

Mis-appropriating or misusing company funds for purposes of gain WITHOUT the shareholders agreement is a serious breach of AIM rules.

Why he has not been brought to task on this or even investigated is imo a travesty of justice.

If i were asked to cast a vote at an EGM I would have voted NO on all counts and SOLD OUT....

MY investment was in gold exploration and NOT in a gold banking system which i am not keen on anyway.

Why wasn't i given the choice to sell?
