I’m sorry but normal interest rates do not affect the value of the asset the price of oil does and infrastructure…. The companies that would be buying won’t be tinpot and borrowing , they will be cash rich!

Knw I think the share raise will happen before any sale if we are lucky enough to receive more than the senior lenders debt… I would assume the remainder would go in the company pot for the revised business plan whatever that might be…
