He thinks the bond holders are running the show even though they are paying the interest and the debt is not due to be refinanced until next October it’s completely irrelevant to the companies position at present…Unless the latest account bring up some massive problem but up to now we’ve not been warned of any Change on the balance sheet or profit warning so I think we can just say scare mongering! And he has no evidence to the contrary… I was in hurricane the company that made no money and had 200 worth of debt that they couldn’t refinance completely different story to company turning over 6 billion the guy is not matching like we like!! and the lack of RBS were given government money on a loan basis with shares!!

Serving no good purpose, shorting is a poor practice by people without any better ideas. Shorting deliberately manipulates the sp lower and robs longer term holders of at least part of their investment’s value. Shorting harms stock markets generally by scaring away many would be investors, who would otherwise invest. Shorting causes companies to be undervalued, such a company then wishing to relocate their listing elsewhere, to a better market with less idiots who are shorting. Shorted companies can suffer financial damage as a result of the shorting. The only one good thing shorting does, is it creates a new buy in lower opportunity, in the shorted and undervalued company. This is where I make my money, from my buying undervalued stocks.
