Doodling on the BofS dealing page I tried to get a selling price on 2.5M Tomco shares and it would not let me in. If I wanted to sell I had to leave it on a trade plan for settlement later at an unknown price. Buying no problem. Also around 0930 there were three times the number of buys to sells. Now it is 50/50 meaning that the market is flooded with sellers and the price has already started to drop. When will these bozos leave us alone and let the shares move up gradually rather than buy today and sell tomorrow making 50 quid on the deal. They are not true investors. I have been in for four years when the price was 3p and upwards. Do these speculators not see a good thing coming?
What's with this. I saw something earlier in the week but couldn't find anything. Surely a single purchase would have caused a small spike.
Are all today's sellers mad. They are happy taking small profits but could make real money by hanging in like most of us on this page.
Grappa. When you are showing losses like me you have no option but to hold. What has been fed to us over the past year should not be showing such falls. Why are there so many sellers if the news is so positive. You are obviously in a comfortable position showing little or no loss on Tomco unlike some of us who have seen our investment shredded by three placings.
I don't know where you guys get it. Every day someone states that we are heading for a boom. We have been holding our breath since the turn of the year. The joint venture should have been a springboard. The oil coming out of the ground should have been a springboard. The other partners should have been a springboard. We were advised that the beginning of March would be a springboard. We have dry rot. I am down a small fortune on this investment and every time I see some numpty saying 1p by lunchtime I want to throw up. I have lost faith. Why, if the good news is just around the corner are three days out of five in a typical week showing more sales than buys?
Maybe Tomco has just worn me down to the point I have given up. We are in mid May remember, not March. I know about the weather et al but patience is certainly a virtue I no longer possess.
Listen guys. Less bickering and baiting. Does no one any good. Some of us are in for 20K - 30K and Vauch is in for six figures. We need to stick together. There should be news of some kind in a couple of weeks. Until then sit on your hands.
Just been looking at a share mentioned on the Daily mail finance page yesterday. The company 88 energy has nine times the share issue of Tomco and was quoted last year as low as .23p. Today at 0900 it is 3.4p and has over 2000 transactions and around 590 share chats
Perhapsody there is a glimmer of hope for us as we enter Q2.
End of Q1 toorrow and no promised update. What is pointless Potter and his cronies playing at. They fleece us with placings amid promised updates and deliver f**k all. Also I see no director purchases for over a year. Are they filling their boots in a back door move???
