Are we closer to any sort of resolution in the next few weeks or is it a further dilution of the almost worthless share price. This has been going on far too long. On another point, what is the workforce? total of Tomco. Is it only directors and office bearers.
It's OK talking about the wealth of sites which Tomco own or have options on. It's OK going on about big booms to come. I've heard all this every time there's a spike in the price. I'll be happy to join the conversation when the price exceeds my average of .79p and not before.
We are heading towards the end of January and still not a peep from Potter. I suppose the 12% increase in price from ten days ago (possible all time low) is something and if this rise continues every month we could see our losses disappear by say summer 2025. On the other hand Potter could make an announcement - but don't hold your breath.
Just a thought.
If we can dispense with all the takeover talk between various companies for a minute and concentrate on Tomco. My understanding is that a huge raft of warrants is due to expire on 30th November (I may be wrong on that one). If this is the case am I being too simplistic in thinking that - as Steve Byle stated under oath last month that Valkor owned 25% of Tomco therefore suggesting that funding had been agreed - it would be extremely foolish to announce the funding package now, resulting in a huge number of new shares diluting the price further then having them unloaded for a nice risk free profit by warrant holders. Would it not make sense to hold off the announcement until 1st December at which time the remaining 90% of TSHII could be purchased and Valkor's outstanding loan repaid.
Or is this too simple and straightforward?
Can someone, anyone, please tell me what the hell is going on. After the meeting last Wednesday I expected some movement in the share price but all we've heard is and RNS stating 78M shares are available on the market. At this rate we'll have more shares than Lloyds Bank. When is something positive going to happen?? Please excuse my ignorance on what appears to be going on.
Like oorkyy I am mystified as to the static position with share price. Last night was a running commentary on the Hearing and with all the positives I would have expected a reasonable jump in the price. I never expected an RNS before the weekend, but still.
All very quiet ladies and Gentlemen. Twice as many buys as sells today and small price drop - as usual. Today's RNS shows more shares coming on the market on 27th. Is this perhaps something sinister - does the recipient know in advance what will happen on 26th?? All will be revealed in a couple of days, or maybe not if Tomco 's usual results play out. Possibly more delays. Who knows. Anyway, fingers toes and all other digits crossed.
Just after I bought my first tranche of Tomco shares about five years ago for 3p they announced they had options on various oil fields in Utah. As things went on and the price dropped I continued buying to average out my losses until I stopped buying when, due to several placings, the price hit .37p During this time they have created a joint venture company with Valkor and had dealings with petroteq for their technology. They have been sourcing funding for their plant for almost a year and we are promised things are close (since about April) With all the add ons like sand this should be a winner but is it just me or does the whole thing depend on the PQE takeover as we keep getting titbits of information but nothing concrete. Now the takeover had been put even further back Tomco have several key dates coming up to settle contracts with no cash. This makes 'War and Peace' look like the Beano. Should we be concerned??
