To get access to any Data Room the NDA does not only let you in, but you cannot comment on what you've seen - you've signed to agree to that as well. You get to see the crown jewels (if there are any) and then you make a decison on return to your base (company office). How long that time takes to make a decision, decides if you are a leader or a follower.

Getting into Data Rooms is really difficult.

Are some of the people on here, just children, crying and spitting their dummies out if they don't get their own way. Surely there must be an age entry level to access this site?, though I am questioning if some of the responders meet that age requirement. I'm just a watcher and a reader. Be gentle with people, new on here, and after watching Helium 1 go berserk today, I'd like to ask the obvious: when is it expected realistically for MDH to move to AIM? I've seen guesses of 'in a few weeks' to 'months' to 'whenever'. I'm sure there has to be a lot of regulator compliance, assurance checks and audit hoops to jump through first, but is there between these dates i.e when is the earliest?, when is it realistic? and how big is the possibility they don't?

@MCN - using your shopping trolley analogy, which is similar to a Bill of Lading (in shipping terms) - the products are owned by whoever bought them i.e. they decide where to take them to. I'd expect the money to change hands when the trailer is full or is that different in this setup. Either way - do you not agree it is taking longer to fill than expected.

But, if we started filling the trailer on Jan 20 (did we>) then we are now 21 days later. 21 into 170000 means we only have to achieve a rate of 8100scf/day - surely we must be achieving that with 3 wells up and running. Currently all this talk about rates means diddly squat. Until you have sold what is in the trailer we haven't got any money in the bank. Question - when will we fill the first trailer and get our money?

Harps, I'm new to nanonuc, was mentioned to me over the w/e, I know nothing of it. Sounds like you're convinced. Do you mind sharing a summary of you in-depth research and I'll then do my own. Looking for a few pointers where to go, before I end up down the rabbit hole!

When is this going to move out of the £9 to £10 range. Stagnant for 8 months now, I was expecting to hear more news on greater things?
