Morning Guys nice trading F4 on the gold. Yes lovely day for a stroll around a golf course will get the bike out later after physio. Probably going to be a slow day on fx with the us on holiday but who knows.

Rio chart is interesting right on support but dont think were quite ready for a bounce yet imo, would look more about 2630 but certainly one to watch.

think you may be right about the left handed practice my physio told me shed had tennis elbow for over 2 years!

eu is proving a ***** again no real movement or direction only about 12 up on the day - very slow would be out playing tennis if I could.
