Well the premise of your question (incorrect 5-day timeframe aside) is that the share price is being held down to achieve a low average. So unless you are suggesting the share price has been/is being manipulated, then why would the 5-day average have any influence over the day to day price?

As a shareholder, you should want the 5-day average to be as high as possible to minimise the further dilution that is coming should this deal actually complete.

Your summary is missing some key points; namely that as a shareholder you are accepting being diluted to death by raises that the CEO specifically said would not be needed only weeks ago.

Someone give me a plausible and rational reason why Hadron Capital would be selling any of their holding never mind almost half three days before the day that apparently this “rerates”, “bags”, etc. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I’m fed up reading pretty much all of the comments. Do those who constantly post not work? The bottom line is despite what anyone says or thinks this share price hasn’t moved. I just hope it actually does something when this deal is signed as the sooner I can make a decent profit the sooner I can exit it.
