What is the point of this question other that to prove what anyone with a modicum of knowledge of the situation already knows; he is misunderstanding what has been said in the interviews and/or wanting to believe that to be true. There is no empirical evidence to support the belief it is “on the verge” unless you don’t understand the definition of “on the verge”.
