Blackjake, he says that he knows nothing about the details but then he calls for more buying...
I would bet that if JP would resign tonight or tomorrow morning the share price would spike up
The wrong man on the wrong place at the wrong time and overpaid
Why doesn't he buy today?
He doesn't care about the shareholders and this so called "deal" is another example.
Apparently he worked at shell before, no previous experience in large deals... Probably no specific experience whatsoever
What a naivety...
You know nothing about this so called deal but you trust a person that you don’t know at all and who made empty promises for years...
It will be complicated for that man to get way with it, maybe he can avoid to answer to the people who pay his payroll, but I heard that the FCA is receiving several files... He can’t avoid to answer to the authorities.
What about JJ quitting? It looks like he didn’t want be part of the scheme... Maybe the FCA could begin with him...
I’ve never seen such a lack of transparency...

about your previous post (removed??)
utilitiesman the newspapers can describe a deal even if nothing illegal happened..
Unknown UK privately owned company (incorporated when?) buys half of the interest in the Tendrara region for a licence large as Belgium with a productive well for peanuts.
The negotiations to sell the licence involved 15 offers from 15 different unknown companies.
The shareholders will be called out to vote for a deal having no idea about all these 15 offers.
Honestly utilitiesman I've read much less interesting stuff on the newspapers through the years, so what's your problem with it.
And maybe if the journalist will contact some major oil company at the right departments will know that they could know nothing about sound energy, te5, licence for sale...
Enough utilitiesman?
I think that we should begin to let the media know about this incredible strange story (without utilizing other terms...)
Basically the CEO spent months dealing with unknown offers with unknown companies and at the end deciding to sell to an unknown company half of the licence at an incredibly low price.
Even the advisors at Rotschild are unknown.
How can he go away with it ?
I don’t live in London but for some journalists this could be a quite interesting story I guess.

I sent the following email to JPM few hours ago... No answer. Something to hide ?
Dear James,
In the meanwhile I would need all the details of the offers received.
The answers and the negotiations you made since the day you received them.
I would also need the contact details of all the company which made the offers.
Can I have the contact persons at Rotschild bank who worked on this deal ?
Thank you
Kind regards
N4aPound you are wrong, because the potential gas has a market value (around 10%) then Sidi has a market value (at least the price paid in the past), the seismic also has a value, you can't only consider T5 Horst...80p is the minimum price in my humble opinion
