I think it's nine months from July 19th (date of Poolbeg's admission to AIM) which would make it April 20th I suppose.

Thanks for replies guys. I get all that, hence, I think, that DIM was never going to be floated soon (ie last year). I feel the delay is needed to get Poolbeg on its feet.

I don't understand how DIM relates to Poolbeg.
I posted this on the Poolbeg forum the other day:
