It wouldnt suprise me at all,ive been living here in portugal for the last 8 years they really havent got a clue,it only survives on tourism and what i they doing taxing golfers to the hilt,new toll road on the main algarve dual carriageway so all drivers now use the B road,I was talking to a german guy the other day and he said the greeks toll road there the drivers pull up to the barrier and get out a stick to lift the barrier up and then drive through as there not manned lol
