If you have a car racing towards you and you know that the car has faulty brakes (BOD), do you patiently stand still in the hope the brakes may at some point kick in or do you get yourself out the ****ing way. Sort of what people are doing here by staying invested. I'd rather lose out on a few % at the start of a spike than lose multiple 10%'s up until that point.

It is, I made fairly significant losses on this share and I kept trading out and in hoping for the spike to make up for the previous loss. I got in the day after the £3 spike at about £1.85 thinking, this is an easy bounce.. if I had held this entire time I'd be withdrawing pennies.

Is knowing when to sell and cutting your losses before it destroys your portfolio...

First commercial sales (Senegal). Evaluation currently being undertaken in 18 countries, expecting completion next month. They now have India approval and are free to sell. Products have now been shipped to Indian, expecting sales towards end of this month and August.
Sale price - £1.50 with 50% margin.

POC Testing
Product will be ready end of August, commercial sales expected late September, early October.
Sale price - £3.20 with 50% margin.

Antibody Testing
Continuing to progress through verification and validation, then regulatory approval will be pursued. Expecting to commence supply in September (100,000 per week initially, 200,000 per week end of October – required as part of consortium)
Sale price -£1.50 with 50% margin.
SP = £1.50/ 50% margin.
Expecting to conclude UK government contract negotiations end of July/ Early August. This will allow for distribution outside of the UK gov but is likely to be subject to the UK gov receiving capacity on a first come first serve basis.
