Brokers will jump on the bandwagon and issue new low forecasts for the future which may push the SP down to 25 quid, which is where I have set my buy order.

I am not a holder of these shares. The divi is wayyyy too low, it’s under 2 percent. I really wouldn’t bother with this share, what with the Blackrock interest. Also looks to have high liabilities these days. I would rather buy into a high divi company, plenty of them in the FTSE 100 at the mo paying 8 percent or more. Miners, house builders, Insurance, etc. If you feel compelled to buy in though, just buy in at the Covid low of 78 pounds.

Fill yer boots with these at 2 quid a share. Divi is 6%.

The First Quarterly Dividend will be paid on or around 16 November 2023 to shareholders on the register as of 13 October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 12 October 2023.

SP imploding, scam company being exposed. This will soon be bankrupt and shareholders wiped out. The price action says it all. And a ridiculous amount of debt. AVOID.

If you are looking to invest here - Don’t. Something very wrong as SP falling violently - typical of impending bankruptcy. Was 140p, now nearly half that. Debt a major issue here and getting worse, this is going down the toilet…

SEIT has run out of money, SP is falling like a stone with continuous new all-time lows. No telling what will happen to this company, AVOID.

Terry, you are correct mate, 8 stores. Personally I think the bigger the portfolio the better. Divi cover is my concern here, it’s around 1, not high enough.

Year closing low of 107.20 hit yesterday. Maybe this is the lowest it will go, as I’m sure this will not dip below a pound. This is an excellent buy below 110p.

SUPR currently owns no John Lewis stores. If they can get their hands on the JL omnichannel stores at a bargain price, with 20 year inflation linked leases, then I assume this would be excellent business. NAV goes up and down as the years go by…..

Stay well away from this share, clearly a company in big trouble.

Looks very much like another scam company. This will drift back down to 0.90p, then what? Bankruptcy??

Another year low closing price today, not a buy until it hits the lows of April 2020 of 80 pounds.

BlackRock activity, Evergrande debacle, emerging markets bearish sentiment, continuing outflows of many billions of dollars, negative Broker Forecasts, elevated premium to peer group companies are all conspiring to drag this share down. Not a buy until 150p I’m afraid.
