I went in to lloyds several days ago and with drew a large amount of money from one of my accounts, and asked for it to be bagged up for me , she told me to count it out myself, I considered this a security risk, anyway I told the teller that the service had gone to pot at the bank as they had made several mistakes in the last 3 months ,and the service they have supplied has gone down hill.
ANYWAY they sent me a letter which I received to day dated 18 November, saying that telling them that the service had gone down hill was inappropriate behavior. WELL i expect some proper service and security when withdrawing money, as when -you are given the money you do not know it is right and if it was snatched in the bank you do not have a leg to stand on.
And to add insult to injury the manager did not sign the letter.
