A Little story you might like,
I shop at Morrisons every week we this week I saw a man shoplifting this saturday he came in to a store Near Reading and filled a Morrisons shopping bag with chicken fillets. (14 packs) then put more shopping on top on the way to the check out he picked up a soft drink, when he got to the self Checkout he scanned the sort drink and paid for it.
AND WALKED OUT OF THE SHOP WITH A BAG OF SHOPPING HE HAD NOT PAID FOR.
I told the staff and they said it was not their job to stop him security should do that. I told the security staff they brought him back to the shop and he was let off.
WHY was he not held for the police?
THIS is theft!
WHY should I have to subsidize this super market through higher prices because they do not prosecute Thieves ?
The SECURITY STAFF just laughed when i talked about it afterwards. (I am a pensioner )
