The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I agree. I've always used 10% as a rule of thumb for offloading stock and its a ratio that has served me well in the past i.e. if we have volume of 200M, we'll have churned 20M. The thing about volume is, it can be misleading - people are trading in and out, sometimes on many occasions in a day.
Agree with most on here, its the market and always expect the unexpected, however, Arts been sitting on this discovery for a few months now, I suspect the Nigel Little appointment is here to steer the ship financially. The discovery is monumental, it'll take a lot more than a few raises to build the infrastructure for this. This takes us to a new level and if you want it to succeed, you need the SP to rise significantly. The figures we potentially have here he'd be making a significant dent in his own personal wealth - even with a relatively low shareholding. He's got 1.6M shares (please correct me if I'm wrong), this has the potential to get deep into the pounds a share with the proper strategy. We've got between 1.5-1.9B bbls - its mind blowing (85% ownership). If you want a safe investment, put your deposit in a bank, if you're less risk averse, invest in a company worth £75M which has the potential to have assets far exceeding the current Market Capital by many many multiples. Shaa was the constant voice of positivity since relist. The board was toxic with two individuals in particular dominating the proceedings, Shaa was very diplomatic with them when others including myself got increasingly frustrated with their constant negativity. Human beings by nature tend to flock like sheep, so it takes a man of conviction to stick to his guns. I was always confident but it helps to have some fellow believers. Cheers Shaa. GLA
Tandmeister. A decent bounce was had and a favourable UT. However, if you look at the after hours trading there were some meaty buys so I suspect some MM shenanigans were had, we go again tomorrow.
I believe that's just the way it is. There is no way to connect the two SP's - sometimes different listings do have different prices - SENX springs to mind - its dual listed with Poland and there's quite a big disparity.
While there's a lull in proceedings guys - any recommendations for level 2? Been having issues with Quotestream on II, tried IG & never liked it. Had ADVFN before, expensive for what it is. Whats the best out there currently? Thanks in advance
I’ll be very surprised if they have any left given the volumes. If they have, they’re on fumes. I share your apprehension though, this SP has been suppressed for so long due to them dumping for their short sharp profit it’s been a tough hold. The scale of find though will see them firmly in the rear view mirror very soon if not already. We were in the 60p region for one morning, won’t be long till we return and continue on the northern trajectory.
Crazy when you think - this is pre suspension price (excl placement). Nothing built into this due to constant selling from short term financiers. Its created a hell of an opportunity - enjoy the ride! GLA
