Not quite Dunston. Tune Group isn't directly involved in the energy sector as a core business (e.g. oil, gas, power generation). Its primary business activities are in aviation, hospitality, telecommunications, financial services and media/sports.

LP - do a search on "Capital A completes aviation business disposal to AirAsia X" and you may get your answer.

@paygrove, to provide a scale comparison, 6Tcf is 60 x larger than the total annual volume of aircraft fuel used globally i.e. a lot :)

This will be the 2nd consecutive year for which the company has failed to comply with the 6 month statutory obligation rule (which you mention below @StockCheque). However, attractive the prospects continue to look for UPL, I remain unconvinced of the timing of the SK334 PSC award (or awards if Brunei gives the green light too) given how tight-lipped the BoD remain and lack of other intelligence/leaks.

Me neither, LP, but as ever its an intricate web of political and buiness interests in play here so we shouldn't assume anything until its made crystal clear

You may well be right, StockCheque, as that makes sense. Also, the buys are reasonably chunky over recent days during this time window suggesting that people with decent funds available are topping up before the big news.
