Forfaiter, What was the gas price when the bond was issued, if it was serviceable back in 2019 price’s then surly it can easily be serviced at today’s price’s. I believe the bond now can be restructured or paid off as it’s been over three years. Is this correct ?
The board have all bought shares in the company over time and added recently, The bond can be restructured now as after three years it can be paid or refinanced into a corporate structure instead of a project structure as stated by our CEO Rupert Newall, So the bond terms can be extended to mabe another 5 years and have better terms for shareholders like being able to pay a dividend. Many choices now as the company is making cash under its own gas production/infrastructure/field assets. The sp will move up considerably in the coming days/weeks imo,
This news today on H2 is a relief, the well pressure and drill fluid loss is obviously not as bad as first thought hence not needing to sidetrack, sp was 6.5p before the setback so it should keep rising now imo. The Southwark platform is located ideally to connect the central cluster and link other fields with our owned licenses or the new 33rd round license’s. So many options after the central hub and a 65m carry for phase 2 still stands as committed from cal energy, Atb.
I’m very pleased with today’s news, Give it time and the sp should move as drilling is about to restart, I did say about 2 weeks to sort the problem of the H2 and now it’s about to begin. The team have done an excellent job this time to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, we have the best team possible now to deliver shareholder value. Keep building stock and holding. Atb.
A lot going’s on behind the scenes and now we’re going into the third week and I expect drilling will resume this week. Sp touching 6.5 p before the delay rns , I expect to see 7p + before target zone being reached. Get this well completed and producing as expected will see the company and the value back to where it should be. We have the most qualified board members possible and its now time to really deliver shareholder value and take this company to the next level. 24m mkcap is very undervalued even as it stands, Gla holders.
It’s going to get very busy in here next week, keep buying and holding as good news is on its way imo. Sp will soon get going that’s for sure. Anyone in here going to the AGM?
Yes agree, we should see the sp over 5p by the end of today’s trading. I can’t make the AGM but it’ll be a good insight on progress for us shareholders.
I expect a good sp rise today, it will be two weeks next Tuesday since the drilling update and I expect drilling will resume next week imo. Only 500m to drill before we reach the target zone Rotliegendes gas reservoir. Last chance to buy this cheap imo. Gla.
building up a very high end and very experienced team here, Les woods had 28 year’s with BP, that’s very impressive, I also like the wording on H2… “once H2 comes onstream” not if.
Sp will move up soon, I’m making the most of the cheap price before it gets alot move expensive. Bounce is coming as the drill halt is only a short delay.
When drilling is resumed is what I’m saying and not before. Their not going to rns to say we are going to sidetrack or not , the whole point of the rns was to say the problem encountered in the well, the options and it could take up to a month to resume drilling. I have previously stated that I expect it’ll be about two weeks as that’s the norm.
Why should they, they’ve already explained the options and the maximum timeframe of up to 4 weeks. “Options to progress include isolation of the influx zone with cement and, if necessary, side tracking of the well”.
