I've seen this before, the shares are worthless if there's no buyers so the way to get a price and move forward is to slowly reduce the sp so all the new buyers think and getting a bargain, Soon there will be a time when they want to make money and that means to rise the sp and get buys and sell. I will be buying a whole lot more on Monday .Just like to say its holding up at 0.03 sp. DYOR .

The 10 mil was a buy and good for them. Looks like the floating shares are almost bought up. 74 Mil today and I cant see any sells. We will soon know when the mm's want are shares as the SP will fly just as it did in April 14.Hold on and if you can add here as this is building up with not only a lot of interest but also there's a lot going on with the promotion of the new patents for the latest led street lights for the UK and Europe market . I really look forward to all the new contracts that will be announced throughout this year and beyond.

I have watched here for weeks and saw the SP drop , There can only be so many million buys before it starts to move. GL.

RED is a buy, The SP is so close that they show up as a sell when its a buy. Just shows were near or at the bottom price .
