never mentioned this time that there may not be any return for shareholders. Property over in Spain and France have began to rise since latter 2015. Employment is also on the up. Assets they hold could well be worth a whole lot more from there financial report fron last year that was out March 11th 2016. Winding up the buisness with extra equity will make it very appealing for a reverse takeover or even another longer extention on there bank borrowings.Anyway there report clearly says its a forward looking statement and so from that anything can happen.

On so litle volume. Some company will buy this to offset as a tax loss. Makes sence as then the debt gets paid and the new company keeps the assets. Reverse takeover is a very wise option.

Compared to the massive contracts.I don't think the market realises how big a deal this is.

News will be out this week for sure. Surprised there were no leaks this last w/end. The company has to he careful as there committed to informed the market on any news to share holders as we indirectly own the company and so should be informed on any investments and with what party. Agee, as said Immedia will provide services to its substantial operations in the United kingdom and in Europe and provide in-store equipment to facilitate the services. Why say substantial if its not. This will be as its says substantial.

I have read some past news that has interested me. SP rise could be due to a pending payment from james plastics as royaltys that will be paid this half of the year. Doesn't say how much just depends on there sales. With a 600k mkcap any amount will boost the sp.

When we will get the revenue figures from the North American partners. I keep topping up as they said sometime in H1 2016.
