MMs are not in the know its electronic trading through there order book, You don't think there is someone one on the other end taking buy and sell orders as fast as they do. its how the shares are in demand and if they are short then they go to sell orders and when there not they go to buy orders and move on between themselves, that's how they make money. If they were in the know then they would not offer you a penny for your shares if a company was to go under. It is what it is here and we will soon see the outcome and not you me or anyone here can change that. im glad to know you never bought in here too and im sorry for you to have to mention that.

what you seem to have all overlooked here in the second rns. The RNS came out at 14;36pm and at that time clealy says and I quote.. However notwithstanding the extension of the standstill agreement the Board is ( now ) of the view that it is unlikely that there will be any value for the distribution to holders of ordinary shares or preference shares. So as the time of this RNS there were no extension of the standstill agreement so they had to suspend trading at that time. Now they have another extension to the 13th that has come in late. If the extension had come in yesterday then we would not be suspended and this shows there playing by the trading rules. There is no difference in circumstances from this time yesterday just the extension was late so there is a chance of a positive outcome here.

There wont be any suspension here as there is nothing to influence the sp. Also when the sp rose 300% last week there were no rns to say that there were no reason for the rise. Some very large buys and more than 80% of buys to sells. Makes me wonder that mabe the large sell order was not comlete or the mms are getting ready for the outcome of the rns. We must remember that the SP has already been as low as it can go to the mk cap. All the buy's today and no movement could and I mean could be preparing for a large SP change so all who are in there sell or buy orders have to be filled.With so many buys today I would say any positive news will leave the mms short. There won't be an rns out now. We will just have to wait for tomorrow.

thats a good sign for the share holders Because there is no update and if an exstention was agreed then it would have been anounced by 6pm. It looks like there could be an agrement in place so an exstention letter rns would not be necessary. Im enjoying a fantastic holiday down in brixham in devon and this is just adding to the fun. I get paid again at midnight so there will be more added to my share holding as soon as the market oppens. GLA.

Your right and my thoughts too as I have added alot more shares to my holding after the last standstill letter rns as there seems to be coming to a conclution. Seems if there were a doubt on an ongoing concern then they would either let the stanstill letter run out or exstend it for a much longer period of time like a moth and then close it down. Looks very positive to me and thats my view and not the view of the rampers derampers or the bbc. GL.

Its not about who has the last laugh. I would never laugh at anyone who has lost money and its not a contest. We are in for the money and to help all of us make money. And hope you make on yours. Are you that bothered what goes on with your £100 quid here. Why wast your time here as you have made your mind up that its to risky for you .Any other company's you have money in thats worth worrying about than your minsly £100 quid?.

There are some who just love to say the opposite to any positive chat on here but when that happens its more than likely there p*sed off that they don't have the nerve or the funds to be involved, I was in two minds to buy in as the spread was over 150% but when the sp rose over 300% and there were no RNS to say that there is no reason for the rise. That made me think they cant say that if a deal has or almost been arranged. Its worth the punt for me anyway, plus if the news is good then you can forget trying to get in below 1p for starters.

I have seen it many times, take note of there names here and then follow there posts. I have seen many times there is a change in mind here . I also like to remind and quote what they have said in the past. keep a watch on here in the next few weeks and ill show you. Best to buy in on the drops here as there will be big rewards here very soon.

We sure will see a big recovery when the market open's. Im sure the bods wanted just to stablise the SP not make it drop how It did. Im surprised there was little movement when the second RNS came out. I think then they thought it would recover some value.

Contract for deed is what there waiting for. That's very interesting for them to even mention that. This cfd could well be in place. That maybe also why dividends are in there interests.

Yes I looked into that. Dividend will sure draw in big players here. How many AIM company's do you know that pay dividends? not many and not with this small mk cap like MAC. September may be a big turnaround and may not see it this low again. RNS July 28th as I quote, One part of long-term strategic plan is to put the company in a position to pay dividends and the directors have decided to seek shareholders approval for a capital reorganisation that will be necessary before dividend can be paid. shareholder approval will be sought at the 2015 AGM witch is scheduled for the 17th of September. Subject to receiving court approval, it is planned subsequently to pay a dividend. A further announcement in this respect will be made in due course.. Over sold here today but they allowed me to buy in at 3.5p so im very happy.
