@Saxondale . You talk a lot of sense but as a business that plans to raise funds, you definitely don’t advertise it to the market and let them guess the reasons and the price. 35% discount would have been £1.00. Just a bizarre strategy.

If they had announced a placing today of say £1.20 a share, wouldn’t that have been better? Catch the SP at its high point and give say 30% discount. Doing it the way they have done has basically collapsed the share … hmmm…something going on here. The RNS doesn’t make business sense.

Lifestyle company. Making a living off shareholders. I said it before. There are so many potential cancer cures out there. This is not the leading one. Big investors will go elsewhere. This is not leading science any more.

People harp on about SP but miss the main pint. Mcap is the key because when there is dilution/placings the SP is all over the place. When this came to market, it had mcap of 16m after IPO. To get back to that first, I see 18-20p. GLA

Oh look… 200,000 sell again!!!

Bitcoin 120,000 to 85,000… 50% increase needed to get back to highs… look at the RNS for the BTC company TAP partnered with and check its share price graph. Also, look at the last weeks trades … it’s not made up or rocket science. Just check the facts.

Looks at the share trading over this last week or so… big sells in the run up to results…??? … errrrm. When this company came to market the mcap was 9m. … it’s now 15m. The BTC company it recently partnered with share price has dropped off a cliff. Bitcoin is also dropping like a rock. This is simply not a 15m company. Many people said the SP would climb towards the results???? Buy on rumour, sell on fact.

Lots of big sells this week. The BTC company they partnered with is failing … SP through the floor. Mcap too high here. GLA

The market has to value this business as per cash in bank while there is no certainty.

For every £1 in the share price it means a mcap of 6m. So current true mcap is 24m. A company with no money is not worth 24m. This will drop lower until finding confirmed. When funding gets confirmed, this will go back up. Fantastic science here but worth nothing if the money runs out. Stop panicking and read the prospectus.

This is dropping because they need cash… nothing else. The cash will come.
