Dilution and consolidation.... same/same.

Bought in on Friday 17.5p.... now have 10-1 dilution before any climb. This is going down before it goes up!! Thoughts?

This SP is going nowhere this year.....If at all.... We heard it all today, boom....tree shake....This has closed up less than a penny more than yesterday. There hasn't been lot happening in the market today, so this was purely the MM's making their 10-20% by manipulation. Push it down and bring it higher only for a flat close....The same happened with Zioc.......

No wish to offend but it's a well known fact with companies that are ultimately bought out will have their mcap/SP suppressed to show greater value and recommendation to share holders... nothing else explains a mcap of the same as the current years sales !!! Never seen this before.... minnows or business's not currently producing have higher mcap.... Doesn't make sense, which makes it more attractive!

Nothing else.... Full year sales 250m+ Ebitda 90-100m Net profit 40-50m Mine expansion 2019 Current mcap under 250m just doesn't make sense ... Said it for months... T/O previously agreed. Larger investors will make double or treble. Can be absolutely no other reason... look at the figures people

@ greendave.... you are right on certain points here but I recall a French entrepreneur buying into UKOG which obviously sent the SP north, only to then sell out at a far bigger profit.... what changes here!

I'm sure it was you graphite that ramped PDZ and it's still a basket case.... you are ramping here. Brainer does have a point. The news has had the desired affect now watch for the fund raise dilution....
