Bannor. I am not makong myself clear. I think the JVs could be icing on cake but at the moment I think they are in future The NPV s of BCN and EMH are the value of those companies now discounted for the likely time to start of production. Existing shareholders will be diluted but there should be a substanial upside to existing shareholders- KDNC.
Bannor. Do you not give ant credance to the NPVs of Sonora -$1.25 billion with lithium at $11000 and EMH $540m with lithium at $10000 plus that is only part -30%- of Cinovec. I know there will be some dilution.
Just picking up on Obs post; the market cap of KDNC is supported by equity stajes in BCN & EMH; everything else- JVs,MMS, Auroch, San Luis, Zulu, Greenland, Clancy - are in for free sublect to balance of loan.
Bannor. I read your posts and find them informative. I do think the BOd have found good investments but I am puzzked by the dealings with BCN; the purchase of shares at £1, the failed TO offer and the subsequent sale of shares for 70p. You place a lot of value on Sonoea JV and I hope you are right but how do you see that value being realised and how much is it? I do think BOD are poor comunucators and KM does seem to do it all.
Shareholders are understandably concerned about BCN and EMH but there is positive news from Auroch and MMS and waiting in the wings are San Luis and Zulu. Greenland might be a winner and Yangibana confuses me. BCN should sort out funding shortly and the news for EMH from the Czech Republic is positive. MMS could be a real winner- DYOR and look at recent news.
I agee. See extract from announcement by EMH earlier in year. Now government in place this will be confirmed
The MoU outlines mutual willingness to explore downstream processing opportunities, Czech academic research into lithium processing, potential future cooperation and discussing and exploring possibilities of future agreements. All Company rights are derived from the current Czech legal system, notably the Geological and Mining Act, not the MoU. Any termination of the MoU would not in any way affect the exploration rights of the Company or the Company’s tenure over its exploration permits and the Company continues to progress the project with ongoing metallurgical testwork, discussions with offtakers and preparations for feasibility drilling underway.

Frankie Annual report says approx. 8% for BCN, approx 20% of EMH, approx 15% of MMS, Auroch approx 7%. No mention of Clancy. I did email BCN about NPV and reply said at current lithium price it is substanially higher that $1.25billion.
