I agree JD i was horrified reading that filing DBRM is a complete basket case and i cannot understand either why RBD got involved with them.
I find it staggering that they are burning through cash at that rate with oil prices like they are and no new drilling has been carried out.

They are correct in stating this as most of us holders know.

This was bound to happen or an outright T/O as i have said for a while now.
These guys have been great at picking up assets, but not moving them forward maybe a lack of able partners who knows, but one thing is for sure their salaries are disgraceful. They could have moved Cali on without the need to connect with Daybreak simply by them all not taking so much and the bonuses are appalling and i believe they are in no great rush to move things on. Some of us here have as much invested in shares as the directors. Nuts! They need to pull a Belgian Hare out of the hat before the meeting not a little white rabbit or they are gone.

I believe this is the kick up the jacksy our company needed, and they might now appreciate the need to keep their shareholders happy and increase the SP rapidly.
They have got some cracking assets at knockdown prices and are financially astute and now is the time for them to become more people savvy.

Yes there are a number of things these chaps could do to restore confidence, the top three that are feasible at the moment.

1. All of them buys shares
2. Take pay cuts
3. Give Daybreak a kick up the backside to start the drilling of the three wells

I think we can guess who they are.

Also, they are responsible for driving the SP down IMO.
