"I love this, if I was Art, it would only fuel the fire to make this even more of a success and ram it down TWs throat.".
I'm no fan of TW, and neither am I of AM - untrustworthy, lacks self-awareness, can't communicate efficiently (at least not protecting shareholders), can't control their emotions and you think them reacting on their emotions (which worked out so well last time) is positive? I don't think it is, but we're allowed to have a difference of opinion.

Well I’m back in here now
Why do you have L2?
Filter, not at all. Pretty simple to skip pages and easy to pick an example with so much to choose from. You can tell I didn’t bother reading every post as I’ll hazard a guess there are much better examples than those.
Rampers and the ignorant do their thing and bring other’s down with them. Shame people have to be that way. And I’m the bad person?! :D
I’m not the one with an agenda going around bankrupting people. They always want the plaudits when they call it right (if they ever do), but always the other person’s problem when it goes wrong (and it usually does).
How do I work that out?!
What's VWAP?!
Well if you've done the calcs please enlighten us. If it were positive you would :)
I've read it all, thanks Soup.
I'll let you have your board back for your selective posting to suit your agenda, as I know you get tetchy when anyone questions you :)
As you were.
Yet you didn't say the same to Filter, why is that, Soup?
I have done, thank you. Care to share with the class, or daren't you? Shouldn't be an issue if it's all there or are you going to stick to posting about all of these magical deals to suit your agenda? Why do you have L2, Soup?
This you? Make up your mind will you! Sounds like you're the one gambling, losing, then projecting onto others.......

Good points everyone, believe me I've done my research, this is my largest holding.

How many times has someone said we might see some news tomorrow/this week etc. It never comes! I'd absolutely love to be proved wrong though we need some

I'm now 70% down, where is this launch? Website? Share holders register? This will come good without a doubt (eventually!) but my seeing the SP down here is hard to take and my optimism is slowly ebbing away.

I think you've timed that to perfection, nice one
I could go on........
Who's 'we'.
Myself and others (yes some have taken it way too far and no doubt purely de-ramping which isn't on) and got abused for it.
I take it you don't get sarcasm, Filter, just like a lot of other things......
If you did a little research, you'd of known that :)
Yeah sure:
Lastest reported loss as of 31st March 2022 = £1.1m pa. (don't forget they've already admitted that they've cut expenditure as low as they can/dare) / 12 = £91.66k pm.
Cash at bank = £494k / £91.66k = 5.06.
So circa 5 months of cash left as of 31st March 2022. Today is the last working day of July so that's 4 months gone already.
We do have income from the Lanstead finance deal, but that isn't going to save us considering the recent SP.
Are the Oxilio milestone payments going to save us?
Perhaps Soup and/or anyone else can shed some light on these deals we've supposedly been due for a few years now.......
You get the picture. If there is something being worked on in the background, it needs to be good and announced ASAP. As I said, they could announce something today (deal/third party financing/placing).
Unless I've missed anything and/or got things completely wrong of course (I'm sure I have somewhere). Happy to be corrected.
1) What desperation?
2) What am I allegedly desperate about?
3) What great strategy? As far as we're aware they don't know how this is going to be funded going forward - at least they haven't disclosed that to the market yet!
4) What solid team? Do you mean the guy who left (we still don't know why) and has rejoined (we don't know why)? Where's Jo?
I'm sorry for going off fact, not fiction :(
and there are certain 'knowns' which would need to be announced to market...........
They could be in discussions for all we know, but that's merely a discussion. Are we due another The Times article? A placing is a very real possibility, but notice I don't say it's a given, because I don't know for sure.
I do apologise for being slightly left of blindly ramping.
I can work off the knowns, yes Soup. So can you, hence why you're doing your usual avoidance tactic..........
Font of knowledge when you want to be, ey Soup! As you love a copy & paste job:
"· Funding the business
The biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries are very competitive, with many major players having substantial R&D departments with greater resources and ?nancial support. The Group aims to execute licensing deals early in the development process in order to generate revenue to support the business. The Group's lead asset is targeted towards IPF, a disease area where there is good precedent for licensing deals at early stages of development. Without licensing revenue, reliance falls on raising funds from investors or potential M&A opportunities. Failure to generate additional funding from these sources, if required, would compromise the Group's ability to achieve its strategic objectives as set out in the outlook. There is a material uncertainty around achieving early licensing deals and, if needed, raising additional funds. However it is the Directors' reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue to operate as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of the approval of the accounts. In forming this assessment, the Directors have prepared cash?ow forecasts covering the period ending 31 March 2024 that take into account the likely run rate on overheads and research and development expenditure and the prudent expectations of income from out-licensing rights to its programmes.
The Subscription proceeds from the Lanstead Sharing Agreements pursuant to which the Company is entitled to receive back those proceeds on a pro rata monthly basis over a period of 20 months, subject to adjustment upwards or downwards each month depending on the Company's share price at the time. The Sharing Agreement provides the opportunity for the Company to benefit from positive future share price performance. Notwithstanding the Subscription Price of 1.5 pence, shareholders should note that the share price of the Company needs to be on average over the 20 months of the Sharing Agreement at or above the Benchmark Price of 2 pence per share for the Company to receive at least, or more than, the gross Subscription of £1.65million."
They WILL need funds, for that there is no doubt. But where's it going to come from? I don't know, and at least I can state that. You state it's from (a) licensing deal(s)!
How have I talked this down? It isn't my fault you're blinkered and so in love with the share you can't read - and possibly haven't even bothered to read - the latest accounts.
Who knows, they may announce a mega licensing deal later today, but how long have you all been saying that? The true status is written in the accounts, I haven't made that up! It isn't me magicking up cash flow based on unknowns......
Sorry Filter, in answer to your question; I like to take time to read and digest the latest information to hand. Don't you? Or do you not bother and rely on LSE to make your decisions for you?
Many refer to trader/trading/investor when it suits..........
Soup, I'm glad you don't run my accounts. I take it you aren't an accountant?
Any chance you can break that down for me on a month-by-month basis from & including April 2022, and not including 'unknowns'........
Expenditure vs. income.............
