EWT - agree on the likelihood of AA taking part of not all the equity raised. I’m sure there will be II’s wanting to take part too when permits all in place.

Strike resources recent funding and offtake with GII. GII hold 5.26% of Strike and the rights to participate in any of their equity raises in future.

I should imagine they will comfortable raise that amount once permits are all in place. Maybe even Bill and Rod will take some. ;-)

Steviom - that part of the terms has been added since last time. Windfield will want to squeeze every last dollar/share/warrant out of the deal.
The 'value of the project' was 2m in Dec 21. I think we are all expecting this value to jump significantly when the Mining permit lands and JORC resource increased. Then what about Brockman? Windfield have a cracking deal IMO.
