These are performance options. So if the price goes over the listed amount they have the option to buy at a much lower price. off course they don't have to but if they don't they expire at that date. Performance rights are like a bonus if that share price is reached.

Landowners said they would prefer Piedmont only build a processing plant and rely on a foreign mine for lithium supply. Livent and Albemarle operate lithium processing plants in the county that source the metal from South America.

If you watch this video it sounds to me that the first priority is the demerger, then Vince seems to be hinting that the other 50% will be sold as a 50% project which is fully funded. I would imagine we would also get a kickback from this too, plus more millions in the bank, if it happens. Vince also said he hopes to get the demerger done quicker than a couple of months and I think he say in a month but it wasn't that clear.

Look at the IRR % difference between the projects. Ironridge is going to be massive when they prove up the resource. Also the CAPX difference.
