Its in last nights RNS, possible takeover
MURF :-)
as per https://fintel.io/doc/sec-murphy-canyon-acquisition-corp-1896212-s4a-2023-july-11-19549-5664
Agreed Eddie, but this speculation always exists until news.. you see it on every message board. Concrete news via RNS (or PRNs for QBT!) can breed assurances and confidence with investors.
In regards to the thread(s) Its useful to get opinions on whats next to tie in with any research to either agree or disagree. Feels like healthier debate rather than people having general ****ging off sessions which puts off any new investors looking at the chat boards.
Even Addison is starting to be more realistic with his 10p-20p estimations instead of £1 (sorry Addison!)
Suthy, agreed. If (and a big if) they dont get the patent then I can see them mining themselves to protect the IP on the Software. As you say though, it will cost ££, dont they have some space and compute power in Serbia?
IBM's Condor Quantum Computer is set to (or probably already has) been debuted this year at slightly above the 1,00Qbit mark. They are looking to expand to 4,000 by 2025.

1 millions feels a while away in my opinion.
Addison, No problem, appreciate the apology. As I said, all water under the bridge.
I would question the Independence of Dr Grover if he has Share options.
Its an interesting question though, and not sure there is an answer at this point.
Then my best guess is the next news will either be update to Court case (very PRN/RNS'able) or New Patent filed.
What is the trigger to say that testing has been completed and FG can release it through a PRN or RNS? Does it need to be independently verified or included as part of a Granted Patent (for example)?
No problem Suthy, appreciate the apology.
P.s all water under the bridge.. all good with me
To be fair to Jambone, it was Suthy and Addisonshare that thought I was fleccy. Am still not them, nor anyone else.. Just me.
Cant discount the link with Sussex but (through some high level research) Sussex are linked with Universal Quantum Ltd (they have join patents, i.e. GB2109471 ) Happy for someone else to see if there are any other links, common people etc..
Addison, agreed. We are all focussed (quite rightly) on the Short term revenue generation around Bitcoin and Altcoin mining, increased efficiencies etc...
Quantum Computing is much bigger than this.. do for debate, what do we think the other applications for this tech would/could be?
" We don’t currently have an approved patent for any of our products.
Would or could we sell a product if we have not got a patent?
We don’t know how long or if the patent will be approved."
Tyke - You can sell a product without a Patent, however, anyone can legally copy it for their own benefit. They key would be to stay ahead of the chasers or try and "lock-in" the technology somehow.
A patent is the ideal situation.
There has also been talk about other Patents been filed, as of this morning I cant see anything filed to date under Quantum Blockchain apart from the ASIC that we have already discussed; it can take a while from when the Patent was Lodged to appear though. Am sure that when it is, we will get a PRN/RNS accordingly.
As always, DYOR..
"Now if we had our product on the market now, would they need to have spent that on machines? Come on FG it’s time for a long overdue update for share holders"
Jambone, it would depend on the commercial model that QBT pick. If they take a cut of the extra mined bitcoin then no, but if they sell the software then it would just reduce the amount needed they would spend on the miners.
5p is £50m MCAP, so a bit more realistic in the short term.
If they can get revenue generation (like Argo did) then yes, above that very possible.
I like your optimism Addison.. £1 share price gives MCAP of £1,062m so a proper Unicorn share.
I cant speak for anyone else but I can say that I am only one person.
Quote marks is used universally as a direct reply when there are multiple messages in a thread, but hey ho..
