I know some and the ft guy talking like it’s a liquidation break up sale. Only worry is BOD focus on their pay off and not the beat deal for all.

Rumour or RNS feels like it’s hit the limit now. People saying hit 24 and 32 easy but it didn’t get close to that.

Could be correct but I’ve never once seen brokers get it correct.

£107 is our base. However it could sell for double or half that or not at all. All massive guessing by us.

I’m not so sure. Clean takeover for me makes more sense. We’ll see.

Not easy to sell off parts of business concurrently tho, a deal by a bigger player makes sense, they can cherry pick and dispose adding strategic or competitive advantage maybe. BMW surely didn’t intend to save Rover it wanted MINI brand and links to Rolls-Royce with some residual value sold to SAIC.

Bet this BB was all quiet and stable until recently.
