That’s my point. People say long term and investment however if it is you wouldn’t be checking or be on a bb every few minutes. I try to hold stocks where I think they will eventually come good long term and then have a bit of trading but not day as I can’t keep up.

It’s an epidemic and is going to if not has ruined investment. How can you long term invest here when the fundamentals rarely match the sp activity and you can be 20% up and down in any given day or week and have no idea why.
