this one is different, if they sell (my preference and belief) should be weeks/months. If they go it alone will take a different kind of timeframe. The main man in the last interview stated what he does and has done and gave benchmark values based on other similar deals done. The we can go it alone to me as what's called a BATNA, they have an alternative to negotiating, they can go it alone, they don't want to but securing asset sale isn't the only play and you won't get us cheap, which he also stated, won't listen to low ball offers.
