I went with Coinbase. Seemed ok but adding funds is a nightmare. Getting money out is easy. I’ve stopped with crypto as you have to watch them. Very spikey and 24/7 moving.

If you plan to be a house builder. You have land ie the asset. At that point you have only a few staff and low overheads. You then sell the land on later having done nothing and make a profit. Or you build on the land which costs money and takes time but later you make more on that risk/investment and time taken.
