Well if the share price was say 4p come sale time the shareholders might not vote for a while 1p per share deal. So owning as much as you can in the 1p range.

I can’t see the RNS on 20th is it hidden in one of them.

The rise started at 12 and was up and down all the way. Was it sparked by MM or is a deal on the cusp of announcement.

There wasn’t a leak tho. So they don’t have to say anything. But they might Monday however they are clearly for sale so big drops or rises maybe don’t need speeding tickets.

God knows but I’ve held this ages so just see what this week brings.

More intriguing was the near 100% share price rise for Eve Sleep (EVE), where clearly speculation regarding the formal sale process has taken a more positive turn. The problem in these situations is that the rise can be as much a result of short covering, as being the harbinger of good news. But with the stock having hit new lows earlier in the week, there may still be more in the dead cat bounce.

Never in full control but you’d think the directors holding shares wouldn’t want to loose these shares, jobs and company if they can strike a deal.
