He spent a year getting us unnecessarily suspended then delisted. And 4 years not getting listed. So 3p to 30p in 3 years is beyond a joke. Struggling to get us to a value of £30m to list but will get us to £300m. Jeez.

How much has tally really grown in this time. Not much. Take up etc low. And of this was a decent business we would get ipo money in a heart beat.

If it’s partial sale and dividends the company would announce prior what % dividend range would apply on completion of any sale of asset when BOiL carries on as a going concern. Again you would expec the share to rerate to that level is prior.

Surely the buying company buys out all shares if it’s. A share buy out acquisition.
