Do you know if that's a new date , as DX were guiding mid February ?
The mms are quite happy to let it meander around this price area, until there is news . Superhub news was due mid February , so any time really
I'm holding here, but why should it be teens before the end of the week?
are making an utter mess of this business, but 20% off in two days on the last RNS? if it gets to high 40s/low 50s then I could envisage an offer coming in - still has revenues of circa £350 million. if they can fix margins, etc. then it's still a profitable , viable business. yes, I know , 'ifs' and 'possibles', but just an opinion
Of the stock market nowadays though. Losing 3% of total group revenue is not great obviously, but does it equate to a further 15% odd knocked off the share price? Market cap now around £87 million or so - much lower and I would suggest it becomes a POSSIBLE takeover target . There is value in this company , but clearly days like today are wholly negative.
P&D. it wouldn't surprise me if the mms had the heads up on the results.
as regards a possible entry point as no figures attached whatsoever. the RNS infers that there will still be profit made, but no mention of cashflow or what net debt might increase to? all speculation and punting really.
getting tempted to have a dabble here
How can you say that the purchase of teltronic for circa £110 million was a good move?! It has directly led to this.... They went from virtually debt free to being swamped by it. When revenues collapsed they were hamstrung by the debt . Without the debt weighing on them they wouldn't have recommended a 20p offer from hytera. The BoD have behaved awfully, but par the course on the stock exchange these days. Loads of examples of terrible governance.
estimate of full year profits? just looking at the interims now to get a rough idea
just over a week for me.... why can't my other shares take note!
