You've got to wonder, if the company have been working on securing an JV partnership, non-diluting funding package etc... Then what the hell is taking so pssing long?!

I absolutely do not believe, the company can expect to start trials at near enough the same time as securing funding, it is just not possible.

So the reason for our delay (AGAIN x100), is because we still haven't secured funding. We obtained clinical approval 8 months ago, that's 8 months to secure funding, and they still haven't done it.

I've shelved £31k in this company & haven't been able to invest more to lower my average of 5.3. I won't accept defeat & leave with what's left (I don't even check anymore).

Stu has been proven right many times and so we know he has insider knowledge more often than not. So I'm tempted to agree with him here. The company have failed to deliver non-diluting funding & the only way to get into the clinic is by a raise & I reckon by death spiral as Vlad has no other alternative.

I want to eat my words, but I doubt it.

The last time you said you were leaving, the next morning we received an RNS confirming a placing... What do you know this time you inside man?

You never leave until you have succeeded in your mission in bringing the confidence of this board down, with your hopes of dire news coming in.

So, why don't you tell us now, why are your leaving, truly?

And when could something like this happen to us JHFH & davie_b? Before clinical trials, during phase 1/2, at which point during phase 1/2?

Vlad really needs to get a move on here. We’re coming up to end of Q1, nearly 2 months post clinical hold lift & still none the wiser. Does he want to save lives or what. Clinical trials should have been all but sorted prior to clinical hold lift.

Makes me sick when people are praising 1% raises when 10 days of that can be obligated in a single hour by shorters in any given day. Means nothing, we need a serious retrace & 1% rises WILL not get us there. Sentiment is rising… We serious?!

And it also makes me sick when people are saying this is the best medium to long term investment out there right now…. I’ve been here 4 years. Medium to long term means nothing if we cannot improve our SP in the short term.

Even after all the averaging down, these recurring placings has now made my average 6.3… Rate we’re going we may hit 6.3p with 1% raises in a few years.

This horrible thought came to me this morning. Vlad is as stubborn as they come, has no interest in the share price & providing value to shareholders (except in the long term but how long is long term? 4 years here & due to CLN’s & placings I’m now somewhere between 70-75% down, I don’t look as it’ll depress me further).

Vlad according to JHFH cannot raise anymore, but I bet he’d make it work & he is unwilling to accept investment from others for a slice of the pie. He is an extremely arrogant man & who apparently wants to save lives, but only on his terms. If he cared that much about saving lives he’d license his products off right now & get them working ASAP to save lives.

Anyway, back to the thought… Would he or could he do CLN’s again??

Good, s0d off Stu, you are lower than a snakes belly. If you knew about a fundraise then you are the absolute sc** of the earth, and wouldn’t that mean you have insider information?

You aren’t even an investor & have forever been putting a negative spin on a company trying their utmost to research, develop, test, produce & provide treatments to terrible diseases. Essentially, their aim is to save lives & you relish in them not having the funds to progress that aim.

Lets hope for some reassuring news on funding, but if we don't and its what we all dread, well... We are still clinical and heading into clinical trials, which should provide some lift to the SP (surely) and if we had a positive result after a few months, then we might be ok.

I agree 7veronic, it absolutely was! It wasn't at the time, but when MINT came around I panicked and average down... Just not low enough! So yep, myself to blame completely and a lack of experience in shares has led to this. Still, its looked a decent opportunity and the company have become clinical, so that worked out... Its just the SP hasn't & not one person on this board could have predicted the SP to be worth this now. We all expected the market value to be 50mill by now, easily.

Surely Prevail wouldn't be happy with a huge discounted placing now? As their £500k+ investment at 6p would be worth even less?! If we wake tomorrow with no placing RNS I will breath a huge sigh of relief and hope todays shocking SP display (never mind the last 3 weeks) may have just come to nothing more than shorters and people freaking out, rather than a leak.

For me, this my house deposit... Reason why I'm stressed! So I'll be giving the company until May/June to provide a return of investment, which you know, I've waited 4 years for!! Everytime the share price reaches 4p it bloody drops (Jan last year & Feb this year) & I certainly won't be here Jan next year if the SP doesn't improve and sharpish. If Vlad has actually done a discounted placed, at this price post fantastic news... Then I chuffing hate his guts. He still hasn't updated the website... The guy is a stubborn git. But, the rest of the board... I blame them also, absolutely.

I agree Haywain. But if we have a discounted placing, which would destroy long term share holders, then the question will be asked of why hasn't a large pharma or private investor come on board, when the science is apparently amazing and the products potentially life changing? Or is it all too good to be true?

Reg - Good point also. I didn't consider it that way. I believe then he used the CBR RNS's to pump the price prior to a placing, which didn't give him the lift he expected, or because they've done it to show off so to speak with someone speaking to them about coming on board.

Vlad does strike me as a very stubborn individual, so I bet he won't sell up, or accept anyone on board who would want to take any lead. He has spoken before about the company being worth so much more pre-clinical, clinical and through the phases. Its time he started to deliver on this and make HIS company worth something.

I initially put funding delay down to the company being in talks with a large private investor for a Joint Venture, or a big pharma company coming on board. However, the 2 CBR RNS's I strongly believe were used to pump the price up, and we have seen Vlad do this before. And those more knowledgeable than myself can confirm that the news released on CBR, the company already had months ago when the leaked video of Vlad explaining CBR to a select audience. So why RNS that information now, and right after becoming Clinical... To boost the price. So I am torn, torn between surely Vlad can't be this bloody stupid and yeh maybe he is lining up a placing, but like others have said before, it doesn't take long to do a placing so why the wait? Maybe talks with a PI or big pharma haven't gone down well and now he needs to do a last minute placing.

I am praying so hard for a miracle.

How on earth can we get a grip with this situation?!

We have dropped over 60% since becoming a Clinical company.... In 3 weeks!!! We do not expect crazy gains of 100's of percent on Clinical Hold Lift within a day, but expect an improvement in the market value of the company. How can we relax seeing our investment lose 60% on fantastic news?! Our CEO has done already done a discounted placing after bringing Prevail on board, so the concern is he does it again but much bigger this time, enough to destroy all hope of long term holders. And this drop of 20% today.... Is that a leak or what?! We've had this before, a huge drop prior to a placing, as someone has leaked information to a select few. So yes, we are right to be losing our s*** at this!!

We need clarification needed and we need it now. We need Vlad (Hemo) to tell us they are not going to do a placing.

I have £31,000 invested in this company since May 2020. I averaged down following the MINT fiasco and am still over 50% down. I have been loyal for 4 years (sold twice following Clinical Hold as was terrified to lose more, which actually did mean I lost more and being burnt, but was back in properly June 2023). I, along with many here, expected the inflection point to come with Clinical Lift.... I still cannot fathom why that didn't occur. We long term holders need value bringing to our investment and this investment has nearly (may still do) destroyed my life. I need my money back and haven't hard a single chance to do so! Those of you with clout (real big investments) need to be banging on Vlads door asking what is happening regarding funding and we need it now. I have emailed the company just now but does anyone have a more specific email address rather than the company headquarters one?

really appreciate the honesty guys, very kind of you both. you cannot react emotional with investments, you have to remain strong & ride the waves, but obiviosuly it is hard to do so. the best thing is, which is so hard, is to invest & believe in what you have researched & let it simmer for many months, rather than keep checking the sp, as it will likely fluctuate, due to traders (hate them) and mm's (i really hate them). i am convinced of this share, which is why i have put so much into it for over 3.5 years. so yeh, i'll be back in & will wait till xmas at least (but equally ****ed i emotionally sold yesterday & now have to get back in at what we were at last week...). whatever happens, go hemo & lets hope they do get to the clinic & can start helping patients, which is another reason why i believed so much in hemo.

Thanks for the responses MrIndia & Seible. I have become too emotionally involved, after the loss of over £18k, from 7p to 4p to 2p to 1.5p. Which makes me so fearful that when it drops rapidly I react emotionally & sell. I now find it hard to stay strong with the investment, after being burnt by it over and over again. We'll see what I do. I am but a minnow compared to the rest of you so what I do won't effect the SP. Anyway, thanks guys :)
