SM - as discussed elsewhere my licence for Microsoft Windows has expired and as I’ve not used my laptop in over 4months haven’t plans to do so. As such makes it harder to follow.
Recovery rates seem low though. The magnetic ore contains 95% iron, where would the missing 40% go? I suspect you’re using a rate more akin to gold/copper where the commodity is a tiny amount of the ore and therefore prone to being discarded with the waste. Same to a lesser degree with the Tio2, at 33.75% (ilmenite has roughly 50% Tio2 content so the non magnetic is probably circa 67% ilmenite). Really isn’t something I’m an expert on myself, your attempt at a model goes well beyond my attempts with all the details!
Great to see someone else trying to run some numbers, no chance we’re going to get it spot on and neither of us the experience to do so to high degree accuracy, however it all points to this being a highly attractive project and in my view at least I think PIs should make such attempts or you might end up on the wrong end of a poor economic study and only have yourself to blame for not at least trying as part of your due diligence
